Mirumiru means bubbles in the Maori language, a most appropriate name for this crisp, fresh Marlborough sparkler. Red apple and citrus fruit are seductively partnered by the bready richness imparted by three years on yeast lees. The palate treads an appetising, refined line between depth of flavour and brisk acidity.
