Chateau Pesquie Terrasses Rosé 2019

Château Pesquié is a family estate located at the foot of the Ventoux Mountain, in the south of the Rhone Valley, gathering three generations of winemakers. With a passion for: unique terroir, hand harvesting, organic practises and biodynamic principles with old vines planted on unique soils.

Cinsault (50%) – Grenache (40%) – Syrah (10%)

Very pale rosé, bright and limpid,with flavours of small fresh red berries and citrus fruits on the nose. The mouth offers a great balance and freshness with aromas of gooseberries, raspberries and citrus, with floral notes.

Organic

“Les Terrasses” rosé is a delightful aperitif. Suited to grilled meats and fish, raw or grilled vegetables, charcuterie, soft white cheese, spicy dishes. Fresh fruit based desserts and sorbet.

Serve fresh at around 8° C.

“A blend of 50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Syrah, the 2018 Ventoux Rose Terrasses is another fine vintage for this cuvée. Dried spices, watermelon rind and strawberries mingle easily on the nose, while the medium-bodied palate delivers mixed berry and citrus flavors aboard a silky texture.
